Educational Requirement Completed graduation or equivalent diploma/degree from any recognized University.
Professional Requirement a) who engages in profession, skillful occupation or qualified works as fulltime i.e. Advocates, Barristers, Doctors, Engineers, Journalists, surveyors with a License or professional degree or certificate or recognized/awarded Singer, Actor, Artist etc.: OR b) who continues govt. job/ under at least in 10th grade as per the Job Grade Circular; OR c) who continues private job in registered Company/Organization/Institution at least Executive Officer/Analyst or equivalent; OR d) who does an established business/ partnership/ proprietorship with proper License or registration as MD/Pioneer/Partner/Proprietor; OR e) who engages in Teaching from MPO Primary & High School to recognized University; OR f) Who continues profession or has retired as Professor, Defense officer, BCS Cadre & Judicial Officer

Regular Member
Regular Member Who is a registered member by fulfilling all requirements is a regular member. The Subscription fee for regular member is 5k at a time & renewal fee will be fixed/changed by the Executive Committee with the consent of Board of Directors time to time. – Voting Rights -Club Facilities-C
Life Member Who is a registered member by fulfilling all requirements can be a Life member. The Subscription fee for Life member is 10k at a time & annual fee will be fixed/changed by the Executive Committee with the consent of Board of Directors time to time. – Voting Rights – Club Facilities-B – Eligible to be nominated as EC, EB & Advisory Panel Member
Associate Member The Spouse of the Registered Member irrespective of birth place by covering professional & educational requirements is eligible to be Associate Member of the Club. The subscription, facilities and annual fee will be same as the Regular Member. – Voting Rights – Club Facilities-C
Affiliate/Honorary Member The well-wisher of BPC irrespective of birth place, education and profession who has a praiseworthy social standing or significant role to the achievement of BPC, might be considered as Affiliate Member (if organization) /Honorary Member (if person) of the club as per the decision of the Executive Board. – Honorary Titles – Priority access in the Event – Club facilities-A
Donor Member Who contributes financially or through valuable resources to support the club will be categorized as Donor Member (Gold/Platinum). The registration fee for Gold is 50k and for platinum is 100k at a time. The Executive Board will fix the annual fee. – Honorary Titles – Priority access in the Event – Name listed in the Website specially – Voting Rights and Advisory roles – Club facilities-A
Patron The company/organization contributes or donates remarkably to the welfare of the club will be considered as patron – Honorary Titles – Priority access in the Event – Name listed in the Website & Events specially
Primary Member The members who are not registered but included in BPC’s WhatsApp group & Facebook group are deemed to be Primary Member. The only facility for Primary Members is that they are eligible to attend in some specific event of BPC on subscription or invitation.
